| Rachels Machine and Fabrication, Inc
was founded in 1971 and is located in Jefferson County, Georgia. A
32,000 square foot building with a loading dock and overhead bridge
type cranes house the equipment and their vast capabilities. The company
is divided into five different departments: Precision Machining, Flame
Cut Steel Sprockets, Metal Fabrication, Conveyor, and Collector Departments. |

» Precision Machining
Department
Rachels does precision machining in carbon,
stainless, alloy, aluminum and plastic while holding tolerances
of +/- .0001

» Flame Cut Steel Sprockets Department
The main focus at Rachels is manufacturing
flame cut sprockets in carbon and alloy steel. Burning twelve inch
plate, turning a five foot diameter piece and machining a two inch
internal keyway is not a problem.

» Fabrication
Department
Rachels has the capability to shear, bend and
roll 1/2" x 10' plate. They are able to successfully fabricate
chip collectors, chain conveyors, vibrating conveyors and belt conveyors
of any size or type.
